I love my mother, she is the most inspiring and courageous woman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sure you must truly love your mother as well.
They are the most important woman in our lives. They give us love, support, courage, strength, confidence, knowledge and lots of lifetime skills and lessons. Plus they wash us, clean us, feed us, relax us, dress us, protect us, teach us; they basically give us life and raise us to be the best person we can be.
I think we should all deeply cherish and appreciate our mothers for all the amazing things and for all the sacrifices they make for us. Although most times we find our mothers to be very annoying, in the end all they truly want is the best for us. As many people say, a mother’s love for her child is the greatest love to have ever existed. That thought makes perfect sense to me.
My mother has sacrificed so much for my siblings and I. She sacrificed her youth, having a career, having a social life, and even taking care of her own needs. Mothers should always take care of themselves first, in order to be as strong as possible to take care of their children; however, my mother has always put her children first. Now that I am older and wiser I realize how much my mother has done for me, and how much she still continues to do for me, regardless the fact that I am married.
I remember how every time we used to go out shopping she used to always buy things for my siblings and me, even if we didn’t really need anything. But she always had to buy clothes for us before she did for herself. It’s sad now that I think about it, because at that time I never used to question or even think about her and how she would hardly ever buy anything for herself. Basically, she wanted to make us happy, especially since the money wasn’t flowing. Now one thing is for sure, I am glad we have grown up, so she is able to buy the dress or the lipstick she always desired but never dared to buy.
I love my dear mama!!!

Super Mom
Mom, you're a wonderful mother,
So gentle, yet so strong.
The many ways you show you care
Always make me feel I belong.
You're patient when I'm foolish;
You give guidance when I ask;
It seems you can do most anything;
You're the master of every task.
You're a dependable source of comfort;
You're my cushion when I fall.
You help in times of trouble;
You support me whenever I call.
I love you more than you know;
You have my total respect.
If I had my choice of mothers,
You'd be the one I'd select!
